Drag anything still ahead of you into a new position, or nudge it with the arrows. A pomodoro carries its break along with it. Minutes stay editable until a block is finished.
Francesco Cirillo's method, written down in the late 1980s, fixes four intervals. The app starts from them.
Cirillo allows 5–10 extra minutes to finish a thought when the bell catches you mid-sentence — the rule is not to start anything new in them. Intervals of roughly 20–45 minutes all work; 25 is the starting point, not the law.
